Quotations
Quotations are free and given without obligation. A quotation is based on the information and photographs supplied and on what can be seen at the site visit. If conditions on site differ materially, we will discuss any change with you before continuing.
Access and site conditions
Please ensure we have safe access to the working area on the agreed date, including parking where required. Weather and ground conditions can occasionally make it necessary to reschedule work in the interests of safety.
Protected trees and wildlife
Where a tree is covered by a Tree Preservation Order or stands within a conservation area, the correct permission or notification process must be completed before work begins. Active nests and protected wildlife are assessed on site and work is planned responsibly around them.
Waste and firewood
Unless agreed otherwise, arisings from the work are removed and the site is left tidy. Log supply, load sizes, prices and delivery availability are confirmed at online checkout or when ordering by telephone on 07719 097276. Order enquiries can also be sent to info@jbtreesurgery.co.uk.
Insurance
J.B Tree Surgery & Logs is fully insured for the work carried out. Details are available on request.
